job purpose:
- market mapping the allocated industry and verticals
- identifying new clients to hunt and do business development with
- penetrating and account managing existing clients within your allocated industry and verticals to get
larger wallet share - delivery of high quality recruitment consultancy servicing.
- formulate a business development plan, together with the manager, to support the achievement of
personal sales targets. - initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the business development
plan, to attract business. - develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and
future priorities and to identify new leads within the Randstad Group.
skill & requirement:
- Must have at least a degree or diploma in any discipline
- At Least 1-3 years prior working experience as a recruitment consultant or sales professional in a B2B environment is a plus but not compulsory.
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skill
- passion for results, resilience, commercial acumen
