Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be involved in various stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and will gain insight into the industry while contributing to our team’s success.

- Screen Resumes: Review and evaluate resumes to determine candidate fit for specific job openings.
- Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
- Candidate Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records of all communication and application statuses.
- Support the Recruitment Team: Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and preparing recruitment reports.
- Conduct Initial Interviews: Engage with candidates through phone or virtual interviews to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide insights to the recruitment team.
- Employer Branding: Assist in creating content for social media and other platforms to attract top talent and promote the company’s brand.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
