In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving value from data, aligning with our ambition to be trusted advisors in the industry. You will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and make data-driven decisions to help our clients and enterprise customers succeed in their strategic goals.
What do you get to do?
- Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities and drive the execution of business initiatives, leveraging data and systems across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Data Science, Governance, and the Global Head of Data and Analytics to develop a comprehensive data roadmap and strategy, focusing on value derivation from internal and external data sources.
- Lead projects that will enhance our architecture, infrastructure, and globally aligned products, resulting in significant productivity improvements and competitive advantage.
- Uphold data standards and governance to ensure the protection and integrity of our clients' and candidates' data at all times.
What will you bring?
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the data/technology space, with at least 5 years of global experience.
- Strong expertise in ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica, as well as experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge of SSIS & SQL Server technologies is desirable, along with proficiency in Big Query, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Kubernetes, Python, Java, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience using agile/scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira.
- Solid background in people management, leadership, and working in complex multinational organizations
- Proven ability to communicate complex problems effectively and experience in design thinking and architecture.
- Openness to travel globally occasionally
