    about the role

    At Randstad Malaysia, our managers play a prominent role in driving talent recruitment strategies to achieve our business growth objectives. In your role, you’ll develop and manage a growing network of clients and candidates, and proactively strive to provide exclusive market intelligence about the latest labour trends.

    Besides developing and managing a network of clients and professional candidates, you’ll also be leading a team of specialised recruitment consultants and help set them up for future success.

    scope

    this role is responsible for guiding a team of 2-4 consultants in a specific (sub) market sector; individually covering a limited number of mid/high job profiles and focusing on a limited number of clients.

    main accountabilities

    • Responsible for all permanent and contracting recruitment placements in your specialisation.

    • Lead and provide support to encourage professional development growth within your team as well as ensure consistent team efficiency and performance

    • Create a client and candidate development strategy and drive robust sales and marketing activities to increase awareness and engagement.

    • Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence.

    • Perform in-depth market analysis of the market and labour trends to position yourself as the go-to market expert and support your client's human capital development.

    skills and experience

    • University degree / diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum five years experience in a 360-recruitment environment
    • Encouraging and collaborative team leader to drive consistent performance
    • Exceptional at creating opportunities and influencing outcomes
    • Commercially- and digitally-savvy
    • Motivated and driven to produce consistent performance
