Your role:
- lead the Sourcing team recruiting processes for our banking client in Romania
- lead and manage day-to-day client relationships
- monitoring team performance to ensure common KPI’s are exceeded
- provide market expertise
- working with the client and internal teams to agree on sourcing strategies and process improvements
- providing insight to accompany management information reporting for clients
- escalation management, ensure timely resolution, direct corrective action as needed
- coaching and mentoring team to meet service level(s) required and ensure best practice process is followed
- provide induction, development, reward and succession planning
Who you are:
- Team Lead experience
- Banking and recruitment expertise (Romanian market)
- Experience with driving process changes/improvements
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Data-driven, proactive and dedicated person who is ready to be a pillar for the team and the client
- Ease at building trust-based relationships with different stakeholders
- Willingness to work in hybrid model (1-2 times a week in the Bucharest office)
