Job Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned business units.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans with the ability to recruit and develop candidates.
• Provide complete, accurate, timely and inspiring info

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting & Finance (We are open for freshgraduates)
• Strong ability to understand and interpret complex job requirements.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites.
• Good communication skills.
• Sales-driven, passionate and ability to work independently and within a team.
