Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to create detailed job specifications and requirements for open positions.
- Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process and candidate progress.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills assessments.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future job opportunities.
Interviewing and Selection:
- Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with clients' organizations.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate interview scheduling.
- Gather client and candidate feedback to refine the selection process.
Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Assist in salary and benefits negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Ensure all parties are satisfied with offer terms and conditions.
- Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and job postings.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the recruitment landscape.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base and grow revenue.
- Participate in business development activities, such as cold calling, networking events, and client presentations.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, including candidate pipelines, client satisfaction, and revenue goals.
qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
