The role
The Recruitment Data Analyst will develop, maintain and improve reporting solutions on a cloud based BI platform.
They will actively demonstrate first class MI/BI. They will support new and existing MI reporting functionality as well as support the development and improvement of new reporting.
What you will do
- Support the Data methodology for identification, selection, scaling, and deploying of predictive analytics
- Understand and interpret process flows to align with reporting requirements
- Maintain and Administer BI platform – Domo Talent Radar
- Create and Standardise Reporting solutions
- Act as first point of contact for reporting-related escalation
- Support audit procedures and reporting requirements
- Standardise RSR APAC’s reporting approach both for client reporting as well internal field steering
- To reflect a professional image through all communications both internally and externally
- To undertake any other task, deemed to be appropriate to this role, as directed by a member of Management
- Organises and documents risks and issues and escalates where necessary
- Respond to client-specific reporting requests
- Maintain data quality, data feeds and resolve quality issues
The successful candidate should have
- Bachelor or University Degree (preferably in a numerate discipline)
- Experience of working with BI analytics
- Experience with Data structure and modelling
- Experience with Data Transfer methodology
- Demonstrated understanding of Recruitment Industry
- MS Excel, data manipulation and analytics
- Demonstrated skills in SQL (or MYSQL) building data flows and calculations
- Ability to translate data/reporting into actionable recommendations
- Strong planning and organisational skills combined with task and time management skills, positively influenced under time pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident and articulate
- Able to cope with high volume change projects and high degree of adaptability to move from one project to another and sometimes contributing to multiple projects simultaneously
