key responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further consideration.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Job Posting: Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and platforms, ensuring they reach the right audience.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and candidate availability to support recruitment strategies.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and organizing files.
Candidate Engagement: Assist in managing candidate relationships, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Client Support: Support the recruitment consultants with client-related tasks, such as preparing candidate profiles and assisting with client communications.

requirements:

Strong interest in the recruitment industry and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
