    about the role

    Besides developing and managing a network of clients and professional candidates, you’ll also be leading a team of specialised recruitment consultants and help set them up for future success.
    • This role is responsible for guiding a team of 2-4 consultants in a specific (sub) market sector; individually covering a limited number of mid/high job profiles and focusing on a limited number of clients.
    • Responsible for all permanent and recruitment placements in your specialisation.
    • Lead and provide support to encourage professional development growth within your team as well as ensure consistent team efficiency and performance
    • Create a client and candidate development strategy and drive robust sales and marketing activities to increase awareness and engagement.
    • Perform in-depth market analysis of the market and labour trends to position yourself as the go-to market expert and support your client's human capital development.
