Job Title: Sourcing Recruiter - Banking Client
Location: Bucharest, Romania (hybrid role with one day per week in the office)

Job Overview:
As a Sourcing Recruiter you will play a key role in sourcing and identifying top talent for our client. You will work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand the client's needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading banking client and gain valuable experience in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for the client
- Use a variety of sourcing channels and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments of candidates
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to the recruitment team and hiring managers
- Build strong relationships with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition
- Experience sourcing for banking or financial services roles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in both English and Romanian
