    about the role

    They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining correspondence, reports documentations, meeting and appointment. You will communicate with clients, visitors and vendors, make travel and hotel arrangements as needed. You will also be responsible for general office administrative functions including monitoring office supplies/ expenses. You are required to assist on ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

    Reporting to the Director.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You have good interpersonal skills and are able to interact with internal and external parties.

    In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 7,000 plus attractive bonuses.
