Position Overview
We are actively searching for a highly motivated Payment Collection Specialist to join our esteemed client's Global Payment Collection Operation Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient functioning of payment and collection operations on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of global payment and collection operations, which include addressing daily queries, investigating irregular transactions, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Proactively monitor payment and collection transaction risks, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions based on data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to harmonize operation processes with the needs of clients and business objectives.
- Lead efforts to enhance automation, streamline processes, and improve the overall client experience within the operation.
- Evaluate and address operation challenges for new scenarios or products, ensuring the implementation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and OM (Operation Manuals) for new scenarios, regulatory requirements, and product/system upgrades.
- Tackle any other ad hoc tasks as required to support the operation.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in cash management, project management, and business procedure standardization and optimization, ideally in international banks or financial institutions.
- A strong understanding of major global clearing and settlement systems and compliance requirements on a global scale.
- Possess a collaborative and inquisitive mindset, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous management experience is considered an advantage.
