about the role

They are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to support the HR department in payroll activities for their APAC region. You will be responsible for:

• Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations on payroll related matters.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll activities including managing time-bound processes and accuracy in data validation.
• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll records partnering with various stakeholders on the relevant topics eg. reconciliation of accruals etc.
• Support employees and managers on questions related to internal employees communications, HR guidelines, processes in particular payroll.
• Support projects to implement digital solutions as well as to centralise, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the HR Director of HR Services, you will have a teammate in the payroll team to work closely with. There will be another 2 teammates who are supporting the human capital management.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. You have strong time management skills, personal efficiency, strong communication and problem solving skills. Is that you?

In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 4,000 plus attractive bonuses.
