about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a People & Culture Officer to support the General Manager in the daily HR operations including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, nurture a positive working culture, employee engagement and employee relations etc, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Reporting to the General Manager who is based in Malaysia. The team works well and has a good team spirit.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You demonstrated success in Human Resources policies and best practices. You have a strong recruitment background within a fast-paced industry. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?
