They are seeking a Personal Assistant Executive to join their team in a sole contributor capacity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for overseeing the CEO's daily administrative and operational activities.
- Arranging appointments, coordinating travel plans, managing business schedules, preparing itineraries, taking minutes of meetings, and handling general correspondence.
- Provide support in coordinating both internal and external events.
- Prepare, compile, coordinate, and arrange meeting materials, tools, and facilities for scheduled meetings, appointments, conferences, and events. Facilitate refreshments and minute-taking as needed.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary education
- Minimum of five years of experience working as a Secretary/Personal Assistant to CEO or Directors.
- Great in planning, organising, time management and multitasking
- Great communication skills
