They are seeking for Personal Assistant.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing tasks to ensure optimal time management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling all logistics to ensure smooth execution. This includes arranging venues, managing invitations, and ensuring necessary materials are prepared.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, take accurate minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Ensure all travel logistics are efficiently managed and aligned with the MD’s schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external parties, facilitating effective communication and ensuring all stakeholder needs are addressed.
- Manage personal matters for the MD, including handling personal appointments, errands, and other tasks as required.
