They are seeking for a Personal Assistant.
Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule by prioritising and organising internal and external meetings ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of relevant briefing materials.
- Arrange and oversee travel and accommodation logistics as needed.
- Maintain a well-organised filing and data storage system, including email management, to facilitate easy retrieval and organisation.
- Provide comprehensive personal assistant support, including managing correspondence and phone calls, drafting routine letters, taking minutes during meetings, and handling other administrative duties.
- Support Directors meetings by preparing agendas, compiling necessary documents, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Assist with Board meetings by coordinating logistics, drafting agendas, compiling papers, taking minutes, and ensuring the completion of action points.
