about the role

As they are in the midst of carving out their plans in Malaysia, they would require someone independent and aggressive to support the Executive Chairman of the company. This Personal cum Executive Assistant position will be supporting the company with;

  • acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • be able to translate Cantonese to English and vice versa ( spoken and written)
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

skills and experience required

  • Candidate with working experience of minimum 5 years
  • Able to work independently and being a solution based individual
  • to converse fluently in English and Cantonese
