- lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality web applications using .NET technologies.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
- stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve the product development process.

knowledge, skills and experience
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- minimum 6 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years as technical lead role.
- solid understanding of software design and engineering principles, patterns, and best practices.
- experience in Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth), developing and integrating APIs using REST/JSON.
- must have extensive experience in the following:
- frontend: HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Razor, Blazor.
- backend: C# (MVC), .NET Framework, MS SQL, T-SQL, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ
- frameworks: ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, jQuery.
- excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues and performance bottlenecks.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
