about the company:

Randstad is partnering with an international manufacturing company. The company is scaling up their supply chain team and looking for a planning manager to be part of their growing team.

duties and responsibility:

Manages planning & control schedules and material requirements for a controlled flow of approved materials which ensure an uninterrupted production of goods.
Collaborate with the leadership team to drive performance on planning, production and labour management
Continuous support the production team to improve on the resources planning, customer demand and raw material,
Delivers key initiatives to both internal and external customers per the demand
plan with targeted quality/time/cost following initiative management processes.
Attending and presenting at proposal meetings, planning consent boards, appeal panels and public inquiries.

skill/experience:

Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any business administration/engineering or accounting related field
At least 5 - 8Year(s) of working experience as planning manager in manufacturing company
Prior experience in managing a team will be an added advantage.
Project management know-how with previous experience of taking planning projects through the stages from formation to finalisation
