They are currently looking for a Policy & Compensation Manager to join them. You will be responsible for the payroll activities like time and attendance, administration, process and policies. You guarantee that salaries and wages are paid accurately on time and in line with the applicable legislation. This role also aims to support the local organisation by reviewing, developing, and implementing HR Policies and practices and advising and guiding associates in the consistent implementation.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR Operations Malaysia, and will be leading a team of 2.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of experience in policies and compensation. You have profound working experience with HR & Payroll Systems. You are a team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
