about the job

You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

Working as a single contributor, you play an important part in the development of optimal combination of Product Portfolio and Channel matrix for sustainable growth development across brands and channels using both internal and external data and analytics.

You will also play a pivotal part in marketing capabilities development and process and structure improvisation for optimised returns on resources.

Key accountabilities:

  • Innovations – Looks & access priorities & resources required for both product & channel innovations ensuring the size of prize & profit pool are sizeable
  • Crystalise & formation of brand and product portfolio optimization with end to end understanding of marketing strategies & analytics
  • Work with both Portfolio Marketing team & Channel Marketing team and across various departments to ensure the implementation of channel & product portfolio optimization
  • Work with both Portfolio Marketing team & Channel team on the marketing strategies & plans to ensure coherence of strategies that leads to sustainable growth development
  • Marketing KPIs & Brand Traffic Lights management and consolidation of brand analytics & insights for reporting

skills and experience required

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience of brand management, trade marketing and net revenue management experience within the FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated ability and proven track record of product portfolio growth management; brand and channel portfolio optimization, analytics and strategy development; and product innovation
  • Analytical-mindset, a driver and excellent stakeholder management skill
