about the job
- Work closely with the Sales/business development team to gain an understanding of customer requirements and propose relevant solution to solve the business challenge
- Working closely with Solutions team in guiding the product roadmap towards clients’ credit risk management & anti-fraud needs.
- Deliver workshops to current and prospective customers on the range of solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations/POC as well as conduct workshops on all solutions
- Completing RFIs / RFPs
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal as well as external customers.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 3-7 years of presales experience in Presales/Implementation in a software analytics industry.
- Willing to travel (within Malaysia) to meet with customers.
- Preferably with knowledge of local financial regulatory requirements.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin
about the manager/team
You will be working closely with Head of Sales in Malaysia to meet customers, while coordinating with the technical team in China on the implementation of software.
