about the job
- Pre-sales support including a full range of company products, network technical solutions, highlights proposals and etc.
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with clients.
- Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals / presentations to clients.
- Responsible for product solution designing and ensuring the solution is competitive.
- Identify clients’ requirements and coordinate with the sales team to ensure that the clients’ requirements are able to meet.
- To understand clients’ business and technical requirements.
- To handle clients’ inquiries and technical related issues.
skills & experience
- Experienced and good knowledge of networking products like Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router and other networking related products.
- At least 3 years of working experience in business network solutions.
- Able to communicate with clients: including technical alignment, clarification, and negotiation with clients.
- Experienced in handling and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Possessing CCNA/CCNP and other networking certificates would be an added advantage.
