design & engineering:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Develop and review engineering designs to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and energy efficiency goals.
Provide technical leadership in energy management and sustainable building solutions.

energy auditing & compliance:

Conduct energy audits and assessments in line with local green building and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure all projects comply with local energy efficiency regulations and standards.
Prepare detailed reports on energy performance and recommend improvements to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.

project m anagement:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage the tender process, including drafting RFPs, evaluating proposals, and selecting contractors.

client & stakeholder engagement:

Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative building solutions.
Present technical proposals and reports to clients, ensuring clear communication of complex engineering concepts.

qualifications & job requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer (PE) in Malaysia.
At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in building services engineering, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable design.
Proven track record in leading complex building services projects in Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia’s building codes, regulations, and local green building certification processes.
