about the job
- Enhance profitable growth in procurement operations by fostering collaboration with diverse functions and departments worldwide.
- Engage with global teams and peers to elevate the performance and effectiveness of our procurement activities.
- Provide assistance in managing purchase order handling for significant local procurement sites in the Asia/Pacific region, alongside multiple smaller sites.
- Take responsibility for people management activities, which involve ensuring the careful selection, effective management, comprehensive assessment, and promotion of employees.
- Accountable for overseeing and regulating all operational procurement activities within your designated area, including organizing, controlling, regulating, and quantifying these activities.
- Ensure the fulfillment of operational and tactical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while driving process improvements.
skills/experience
- Master or Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Finance.
- Minimum 5-year experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Finance (Shared Service Center environment preferred).
- Good people engagement is a plus point.
- Experience with e-Procurement tools (SRM, COUPA, ARIBA,SAP, ORACLE)
