about the job
Reporting to the Head of Department.
Job scope:
- Define the product strategy and road map
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching, etc)
- Managing New Product Development process with various team (sales, purchasing, finance, production, etc), in agreed timeline
- Create and manage budgets for the products
- Consistently review inventory levels and ensure product availability
- Outline a product life cycle and oversee the project’s successful execution
- Understand the products and translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
- Perform product demos or training sessions to both external and internal stakeholders
- Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
- Follow and analyse market trends to position products
- Conduct competitors & market analysis
- Work with internal marketing team to developing effective marketing strategies and plans towards the brand
skills and experience required

- Minimum 2 years of marketing/product management experience
