Randstad is partnering with a well-established manufacturer in the Food & Beverage industry with strong global brand presence in its speciality. They are currently looking for a Production Manager to join their operations in Malaysia.

about the job

• In this role, you are responsible in managing the day-to-day production activities and work with relevant teams to ensure cost effectiveness on plant operations with compliance to EHS and Quality.
• Manage the discipline and development of your production team, identify gaps to up skill the team when necessary and maintain healthy work environment.
• Identify gaps and proactively come up with solutions to work towards operational excellence

key requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any field) with experience in managing production, particularly in the food & beverage industry.

• Knowledge in GMP and Food safety is mandatory.
• Demonstrated people management skills and communication skills.
