As the production manager, you will be leading the operations to ensure company's expectations and market demands are met through setting clear goals and KPI, strategies implementation and team development. In order to achieve this, you will be working with cross function teams to optimise production through manpower control, materials planning, machinery maintenance, on time delivery of quality products, and continuous improvements.

- More than 5 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical/Health supplement industry
- Strong knowledge in quality management - GMP, Halal, safety standards
- A people manager who is able to work independently and able to communicate across all levels
- Willing to relocate to Perak
