About the job

• Establish and implement Objective and Key Results (OKR) of a Production department.
• Develop and oversee the Continuous Improvement Program that involve in Production department
• Fully responsible on product quality manufactured in the plant.
• Maintain quality system and control in Production, machine hardware repairs and maintenance to upkeep machine performance and meet Company quality objective.
• Oversee and lead Production to achieve target performance and efficiency in terms of on time delivery, quality, and feedbacks, by department and by individual
• Fully responsible on cleanliness and housekeeping in Production floor with 5-S approach to ensure the whole Production operations/ machines/ floor are free of FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and cross contamination of all times (before, during and end of Production/shift).
• Oversee and lead production strategies and solutions to all technical issues, including drawing dimensions and tolerances, manufacturing process and technique, jig and fixtures and cost control.

Skills/experience

• Minimum 5-8 years experiences in related field with direct experiences in precision manufacturing field
• At least 3-5 years in managing people
• Willing to work in Malacca
