about the job
- Ensures that all departmental operations are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively by enhancing processes through system improvements and automation
- Identifies and addresses operational shortcomings while pinpointing areas of job overlap and redundancy
- Conducts internal audits as scheduled, utilising a risk-based approach
- Generates reports containing appropriate recommendations after completing fieldwork
- Boosts company efficiency and productivity by optimising business processes and enhancing work flow, conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the entire operation to identify areas for improvement
- Conducts ad hoc audits and investigations in response to areas of concern as needed
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance or any equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a relevant position
- Experience in Property Development Industry is an added advantage
- Experience/Capabilities in business process engineering, organisational effectiveness and operational management
