Responsible for overseeing data center construction projects in Malaysia, managing all aspects including development, procurement, cost control, safety, and quality. Ensures projects meet client expectations and comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and authorities, managing relationships and ensuring smooth project execution.
EHS Compliance:
- Ensure all projects comply with EHS standards and ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications. Lead risk assessments and implement safety measures.
Project Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation from start to handover, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with finance, solutions, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Support sales efforts with technical expertise.
Construction Oversight:
- Manage the entire construction process, from site preparation to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Team Leadership:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering fields.
