Ensure operations align with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives and policies
Manage staff, overseeing projects and overall project pipeline
Ensure the organization follows local laws and regulations
Liaise with management and provide reports on activities,
Ensuring proper financial controls are in place and representing the organization at meetings.
Satisfy client needs and expectations by managing the planning, co-ordination and delivery of large and/or complex projects and programs within the terms of the project management service agreements and obligations.
Responsible for reducing costs and improving quality through the development of organizational capabilities
Act as the focal point for Internal & External relations.
skills & experience
- At least a Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management or equivalent
- Project Management experience in delivering luxury hotel interiors will have a big advantage
- More than 10 years experience
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Must be able to interpret design drawings and good in Autocad & MS Project
- Push value engineering and potential cost saving
