- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects, including equipment installations, facility expansions, and process enhancements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Evaluate and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications for plant and production equipment.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety, to implement engineering solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
- Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and external partners for equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
skills and experiences required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with atleast 3 years of project engineering experience in the f&b manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding and experiece in drawing and designing using AutoCAD
- Proven expertise in project management, budgeting, and contractor supervision, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Stong knowledge in equipment and processes that are involved in the f&b production.
- Strong communication skills and a great team player
- Able to work with global teams
