about the job

Oversees project, planning, work-flow sequencing, scheduling, coordinating, quality plans and safety monitoring
Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, bills of quantity and specification
Ensure that all works (including sub-contractors) are carried out based on established method statements / procedures, contract requirement and specifications.
Prepare site reports and proper filing for any related documents
Liaise with consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers on all site technical matters; e.g. timely issuance of construction drawings, follow up on drawings, amendments.

skill and experience required

Degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering or Structural or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years site based experience preferred.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD (drawings), Gantt Chart and Microsoft Projects
