This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, working closely with the business, shared services and process owners across all streams (RTR, PTP, OTC, Statutory, Tax, Controls etc.). The Project Integration Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operational and functional activities for all shared services migrations.

  • Overall project responsibility for transitioning processes into the business and shared services
  • Ownership of final project scope, budget and quality of transitions
  • Develops and maintains unified project plans, ensuring adherence to standard governance process
  • Collaborate with the project integration senior manager and escalate issues timely
  • Liaison for Business Unit Controllership teams and Regional Process Owners
  • Provide support, guidance and structure for integration team while onsite at business units
  • Collection and validation of project KPI baselines and targets
  • Risk mitigation support and continuous improvement
  • Deliver timely explanations of variances to project plans and forecasts
  • Schedule, participate in and lead site-level and integration meetings

Skills and experience required

The aspiring candidate should possess:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business is mandatory.
  • 10 years experience in finance, accounting, IT, or finance transformation consultancy
  • Shared Services experience in similar role is preferred
  • Solid understanding of Controllership & Accounting processes
  • Experience in project management is highly preferred.
  • Solid working experience in SAP is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dedicated, attention to details and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong team player with proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
