about the job
This is a luxury highrise project which has 9 blocks of highrise towers and multiple facilities that will need to be constructed.

about the manager/team
This is a construction project management role. You will report to the Senior Project Manger who is the HOP (head of project). The SPM expects you to keep to the companies values and roll out the project as agreed.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil & building projects operations and to keep within agreed time and cost budgets.
• Liaise and attend meeting with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress of the projects
• Adhere to given Quality, safety and financial KPI's
• Have EXCELLENT reporting skills - all work is documented and tracked.
• Implement and enforce site personnel, workers and subcontractors for quality, environment and safety & health practices at the workplace.

Requirements

• At least a recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management;
• Minimum 5 years working experience on site and 3 years working experience in construction industry preferably in the management, implementation and coordination of construction building projects;
• Dynamic, independent and possess good managerial and technical skills;
• Strong communication skills
