about the job
- Defining master development programme, design brief, market study, cash flow and pricing proposal, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical and financial feasibility.
- Attend project meetings and working with external stakeholders to determine and overcome regulatory requirements, project management requirements etc.
- Maintain and track key milestone of assigned project.
- Issue Contracts, Letters of Awards, Purchase Orders, RFP, Tender Requirement, Technical Specifications, etc. where applicable.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs.
- Report and escalate critical issues and significant project discrepancies to Management.
- Monitor cost overruns, variation orders, omissions and any deviations.
- Assisting on feasibility studies / financial analysis on assigned tasks when necessary.
skills & experiences required

- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years in property development with full project cycle experience in high-rise residential or mixed development
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Good communication skills
