about the job

Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that meet client objectives and project requirements.
Produce detailed architectural and interior design plans, including 3D renderings and drawings.
Oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
Build strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs and providing expert guidance.
Address client feedback and concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

about the requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Construction Management, and etc
Minimum of 5 years of experince in the industry, participating in interior/fit out projects, preferably in office projects.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
