about the job

  • Develop project plans; including identifying project scope, time frame and project schedule, and budget
  • Take an active role in and guide jobs and job teams in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services
  • Identify and focus on critical issues related to construction including associated costs and logistical issues

about the manager / team

You will be reporting to the director of the company. The director is an experienced mentor which can add value to your knowledge and future career progression.

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 4-6 years’ construction project management experience preferred
  • Previous experience in high-rise construction
  • Proven track record in managing people and large scale construction projects
