about the job
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the projects assigned, direct and advice on technical issues and submit periodical reports to management.
- Work closely with Consultants in establishing drawings for tender and construction, and in contracts awarding and other contract administration works.
- Review Letter of Awards to ensure that the company’s interests and benefits are protected.
- Identify risk and opportunities and follow up with action plans to enhance profitability.
- Monitor the submission status at various stages of development process.
- Ensure developments are completed in accordance with approved specification, quality and schedule, and the interior designs are in line with company’s branding.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of construction works in accordance with approved specification, quality and schedule.
- Monitor the performance of consultants and contractors, evaluate and verify all contractual claims and certificates.
- implementation of projects. Report site progress and other matters related to projects to HOD periodically.
- Coordinates and ensure all inspections including Pre-Delivery Inspection is being carried out properly as scheduled.
- Ensure that the CCC for every phase/projects is obtained on time.
- Study and analyze innovative construction techniques, research and advice on methods and systems that promotes efficient, safe and economic utilization of materials, personnel, plants and machineries.

Reporting to the General Manager, a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. Management style of the manager is macro-management and believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has good team spirit working under this manager.
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 8 years in property development with full project development cycle in high-rise residential or mixed development
- Excellent technical knowledge
