• Defining master development programme, design brief, market study, cash flow and pricing proposal, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical and financial feasibility
• Attend project meetings and working with external stakeholders to determine and overcome regulatory requirements, project management requirements etc
• Maintain and track key milestone of assigned project
• Issue Contracts, Letters of Awards, Purchase Orders, RFP, Tender Requirement, Technical Specifications, etc. where applicable
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs
• Report and escalate critical issues and significant project discrepancies to Management
• Monitor cost overruns, variation orders, omissions and any deviations
• Assisting on feasibility studies / financial analysis on assigned tasks when necessary

skills & experiences required

• 10 years of relevant experience in Property Development
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent
• Relocation to Sabah
