Currently, they are looking to hire for a Project Manager for a Super-tall Skyscraper project they won overseas.
about the job
... - To be in charge of the overall delivery of the project is within budget and ensure that it fits the client's expectations.
- To identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to
mitigate these risks. - To resolve any issue encountered during the construction period.
- To oversee the team, the sub contractors, consultants and other stakeholders involved.
- To be in charge of the coordination and management of the project for the assurance of prompt delivery of work and completion of project.
- To lead and supervise the construction personnel regarding on-site activities in order to reach the quality standards and adhere to legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.

skills and experience required
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years site based experience, with mandatory experiences in the construction of supertall skyscraper project.
- Strong technical skills, communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Committed, willing to work long-hours and reliable.
