• Defining master development programme, design brief, market study, cash flow and pricing proposal, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical and financial feasibility.
• Attend project meetings and working with external stakeholders to determine and overcome regulatory requirements, project management requirements etc.
• Maintain and track key milestone of assigned project.
• Issue Contracts, Letters of Awards, Purchase Orders, RFP, Tender Requirement, Technical Specifications, etc. where applicable.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs.
• Report and escalate critical issues and significant project discrepancies to Management.
• Monitor cost overruns, variation orders, omissions and any deviations.
• Assisting on feasibility studies / financial analysis on assigned tasks when necessary.

skills & experience required

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in high-rise developments
