- Responsible for project budget to lead on project performance.
- To lead the project team by continuously monitoring on-going project performance against project budget.
- To manage performance of projects for optimum project profitability and satisfying customers’ requirements.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
- Initiate negotiation revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- To build and maintain relations with clients/ consultants/ authorities.
- To review Preparation of Reports such as Project Progress Report and PQP by project personnel.
- To analyse project budget vs project performance and identify opportunities for minimizing resource wastage and more effective project management.
- To ensure timely & accuracy of sub-contractor claims and monitoring of certification and payments.
- To review and recommend materials and resources requisition by site personnels.
- To plan for required resources for smooth running of projects via 3M
- To support QS to negotiate and recommend sub-con award.
- Develop plans on critical activities to expedite progress of work.
- Propose improvement in SOP and control measures to improve on operational effectiveness.
- To identify opportunities of cost saving and quality enhancement to improve project performance.
- To build dependability of the project team by providing guidance to site personnel on Project Planning to meet.
- To coach a project team on Project Management, identify and monitor site personnel capability/ skill gap and provide/ suggest for training.
requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Construction related studies.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Construction related industry.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Projects, AutoCad/ Autodesk
- Excellent communication skills and project management
