• Planning project management activities by setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to specific deliverables.
• Analyzing financial data such as project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports and budget summaries.
• Overseeing project development to ensure team members complete tasks effectively.
• Drafting and improving Project Management Office policies and processes, subject to management approval before implementation.
• Evaluating projects to ensure they meet company standards, stay within budget, and adhere to deadlines.
• Documenting the creation, development, execution, scope, budget, and justification of projects.
• Establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Ensuring efficient project execution.
• Facilitating optimal resource utilization.
• Supporting the achievement of business strategic objectives.
• Coordinating with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure invoices are paid for project closure.

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Management Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Keen attention to detail and technical aspects.
• Exceptional organizational and technical skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Relevant training and/or certifications in project management.
