Our client is known as a leading builder with a remarkable track record in commercial & residential buildings and also multiple infrastruture projects.

about the job

TECHNICAL

  • Handle Construction Drawing issued by client and distribute drawing to respective subcontractor.
  • In-charge of incoming/ outgoing technical related documents.
  • Ensure records are well maintained and in proper order (filing /documentations).
  • Prepare the entire requirement in work method statement for client approval.
  • Drawing Checking and supersede drawing with latest revision
  • Liase with Subcontractor/Specialist in technical matter due to data submission to client.
  • Liaise with sub-contractor or supplier for submission procedure.
  • Liaise with Client on technical matters.
  • Assist Superior to obtain any information required that relate to the particular project.
  • Conduct exercise with Project Team to gather all important information for Technical Submission request by client

PLANNING

  • Preparing Master Works programme and detailed works programme using Project Planning software or equivalent.
  • Updating and tracking of works progress for regular reporting to the client and addressing issues and concerns pertaining to the work progress at site and technical issues.
  • Follow-up with site personnel on inputs for updating works programme.
  • Liaison with client and other relevant parties as well as company’s own site personnel involved in the project undertaken by the company in relation to works programme & scheduling.
  • Development of planning sheets during preparation of detailed works programme and preparation of periodical progress reports for submission to the client.
  • Apprehend calculation for work planning purpose.

additional skills/requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in infra/structural engineering.

  • Ability to manage projects from preliminary planning through completion.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Proficiency in structural analysis software

  • Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
