about the company

Randstad is partnering with an international company that specializes in designing and manufacturing their own cabinets, furniture and fittings. The company is expanding their sales team and currently looking for a Project Sales Manager as part of their growth strategies.

duties and responsibility

  • Planning and strategizing sales activities to retain existing client base and expand to new
    client base in order to achieve assigned annual sales target.
  • Identifying and developing sales leads to ensure project pipelines are healthy through
    identification of new project launching, collection of market information and gathering
    of current product trend development.
  • Managing the sales team & project designers and provide day-to-day leadership support
    including but not limited to providing guidance, resolving issues, providing technical
    advice and others to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Preparing various weekly, monthly and annual report on a timely manner and
    conducting required meetings.
  • Ensuring high quality end-to-end work from the sales team including the preparation of
    quotation, proposal, tenders, design planning etc up to securing the project.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring that client’s
    requirements are met. Attend client appointments individually and/or with team
    members, delivering presentations and interacting with clients for approvals etc, follow-upon payment collection, attending site meeting/visit/inspection, tabulating Vos and others.


  • At least a Degree in Business with specialization in Sales / Marketing / Business
    Administration / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) experience in Sales in the relevant industry segments with proven track sales track record
  • Working experience in built-in furniture / ID fit-out to property developers’ industry is
    preferred for this position. Experience in kitchen cabinets, interior design or architectural
    Related fields are an added advantage.
  • Able to work within tight deadlines, independently and with good time management.
