The Project Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily project operations to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- They need to be knowledgeable about standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality plans.
- They should be aware of training programs and advancement opportunities for fitters, welders, and helpers.
- They should have a good understanding of safety requirements, cleanroom protocols, and site security rules and regulations.
- They should be mindful of project schedules and costs.
- They should strive to enhance their competencies and acquire additional skills as directed by management.
- Maintaining accurate attendance records is crucial.
- They may be assigned other related duties as needed.

skills and experience required
- Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related working experience, experience in mechanical, process or electrical installation.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Understanding of Drawings and Project site environments
